This role involves conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess students’ functional needs and developing individualized treatment plans. The Occupational Therapist will deliver targeted therapeutic interventions to support participation in daily school activities, collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success, and track, document, and evaluate student progress, adjusting interventions as needed. They will also participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations for accommodations and modifications, and educate school staff and families on strategies to support student development and independence, fostering a supportive, inclusive environment that promotes confidence and growth for every student.
