To that end, school nurses facilitate positive student responses to normal development; promote health and safety, including a healthy environment; intervene with actual and potential health problems; provide case management services; and actively collaborate with others to build student and family capacity for adaptation, self-management, self advocacy, and learning. The Arlington Public Schools is looking for a full time school nurse for Stratton Elementary School to start for the 2026-27 school year.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Science in Nursing
• Licensed as an R.N. by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing
• Licensed as a School Nurse by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education
• CPR Certification
