About The Position
Ampersand Therapy is hiring for an Extended School Year (ESY) position in Windsor, CO for Summer 2026. This is a great opportunity to support students during ESY programming while maintaining a flexible summer schedule. This role is ideal for clinicians looking to gain additional school-based experience, supplement summer income, or continue supporting students outside of the traditional school year.
Requirements
- Active Colorado license/certification appropriate for role
- Ability to pass fingerprinting and background check
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Passion for supporting students and helping them succeed

- School-based experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Support students participating in ESY programming
- Collaborate with special education staff and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain documentation and compliance requirements
- Provide direct student support based on assigned role and caseload
- Participate in team communication and planning
