About The Position
Ampersand Therapy is hiring a dedicated and compassionate Substitute PRN Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as a School Nurse for the 2025–2026 school year (and upcoming 2026-2027 school year) in Duvall, Washington. This is a as-needed, PRN position serving a student with health needs. Requirements
- Valid Washington State RN or LPN license (DOH) or compact
- Experience working with medically complex individuals
- Pediatric experience
- Fingerprinting and background check required prior to start
Nice To Haves
- G-tube and trach/vent experience a plus
- Previous experience in school nursing, pediatrics, or public health preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve as a School Nurse for the 2025–2026 school year (and upcoming 2026-2027 school year) in Duvall, Washington.
- Provide 1-1 or healthroom support for a student with health needs.
- Work in a school setting.
