About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for pediatric and adult 1:1 care to join their Cambria County team. The role focuses on providing high-quality care with compassion, excellence, and reliability to clients and their families. This position offers a school-year schedule with one patient, emphasizing hands-on care with a single client and building strong client relationships. Client age ranges from infant to geriatric.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
