Leidos is seeking licensed behavioral health professionals to join their Military and Family Life Counselor (MFLC) Child and Youth Behavioral team to support Naval Base Kitsap area schools near Silverdale, WA. This is a 9-month school calendar position that will reflect the school calendar that you would support, with the counselor working at Emerald Heights Elementary School. Assignments are subject to change based on program needs. The role supports U.S. military service members and their families by providing non-medical support, including counseling, consultation, and outreach, to eligible faculty, staff, parents, children, and youth. This non-medical counseling is preventive and aims to address issues before they become greater challenges, recognizing the unique emotional and environmental challenges military children face.
