Leidos is seeking licensed behavioral health professionals to join their Military and Family Life Counselor (MFLC) Child and Youth Behavioral team to support NAS Whidbey Island in Washington. This is a 9-month school position that follows the school calendar, supporting Broad View Elementary School and Coupeville Middle and High School for the 2026-27 school year. The role involves supporting U.S. military service members and their families through life adjustments by providing non-medical support, including counseling, consultation, and outreach, to eligible faculty, staff, parents, children, and youth. Non-medical counseling is preventive and aims to address issues before they become significant challenges. The position offers an opportunity to support military children facing unique emotional and environmental challenges due to the stress of military life, providing support where and when it is most needed.
