Leidos is seeking licensed behavioral health professionals to join their Military and Family Life Counselor (MFLC) Child and Youth Behavioral team to support Naval Base Kitsap area schools near Silverdale, WA. This is a 9-month school calendar position that will reflect the school calendar supported, with the counselor working at Olympic High School. The role involves supporting U.S. military service members and their families through life adjustments by providing non-medical counseling, consultation, and outreach to eligible faculty, staff, parents, children, and youth. This preventive counseling aims to address issues before they become greater challenges, recognizing the unique emotional and environmental challenges military children face. The position offers an opportunity to serve a vital role in supporting these children and teens where and when they are most needed.
