Leidos is seeking licensed behavioral health professionals to join their Military and Family Life Counselor (MFLC) Child and Youth Behavioral team to support Joint Base Lewis McChord. This is a 9-month school calendar position that will reflect the school calendar that you would support. This posting is for a future assignment, not for an active opening at this time. The role involves supporting U.S. military service members and their families through important military life adjustments by providing non-medical support, including counseling, consultation, and outreach, to eligible faculty, staff, parents, children, and youth. Non-medical counseling is preventive and aims to address issues before they become greater challenges. The position offers an opportunity to support military children who face unique emotional and environmental challenges due to the stress of military life, reaching them where and when they are most needed.
