About The Position

Through Sheppard Pratt’s school-based therapy services, Sheppard Pratt provides mental health services within Baltimore City Public Schools. We are seeking a licensed or pre-licensed counselor or social worker to provide school-based therapy services in Baltimore City Public Schools. Full-time and part-time options are available. Work hours are consistent with school hours.

Requirements

Must possess, or be working towards one of the following licensures at time of hire: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Certified Social Worker – Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and a safe driving record.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with adolescents and families is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Providing clinical assessments and interventions for students.
Conducting individual and group therapy
Maintaining data on students served and outcome measures.
Working with other Sheppard Pratt program and partner agencies to meet outlined benchmarks.
