This position is primarily responsible for coordinating and directing the planning, maintenance, cleanliness and alteration of the campus and associated facilities. The role involves inspecting facilities, coordinating maintenance and repairs, supervising custodians and landscapers, maintaining equipment through preventative maintenance, and managing budgets. The Facilities Manager also acts as a liaison to public utility, environmental, and energy agencies.
