The School Support, Enrollment & Scholarship Coordinator serves as a key member of the school leadership team, focused on advancing student recruitment, family engagement, scholarship accessibility, and enrollment sustainability. This position partners closely with school leaders to support strategic growth initiatives, strengthen family relationships, and ensure students and families receive personalized guidance throughout the enrollment and retention journey. The role provides leadership and oversight of Opportunity Scholarship (OS), ESA+, and other tuition assistance programs while serving as a primary resource for families navigating enrollment, funding, and school engagement processes. In collaboration with school administration, the coordinator develops and implements targeted outreach campaigns, re-registration initiatives, and student retention strategies designed to support enrollment growth and long-term student success. As a highly visible and family-facing representative of the school, this individual helps cultivate a strong sense of community, serves as a trusted liaison between families and school leadership, and contributes to strategic planning efforts that enhance the overall student and family experience.
