Children of America (COA) is seeking an Assistant School Director to be responsible for carrying out the daily tasks and duties of management. This role involves leading a staff of talented educators and executing educational programming for all programs, from Infant care through School Age. The Assistant School Director will work directly under a School Director, leading teachers and support staff in a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and sharing a passion for early childhood education. The program serves preschool children aged 6 weeks to 12 years, with offerings including Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K, Before and After Care, and Summer Camp. The position interacts daily with parents, the School Director, teaching and support staff, operations personnel, facilities and custodial teams, and a regional support team.
