About The Position

Primrose School of Minnetonka is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Center Director to lead their team. The School Director will be dedicated to the success of the next generation, committed to creating a safe, healthy environment, and fostering a culture where children and team members can thrive. This role involves nurturing the first five years of a child's life by creating a supportive culture for staff, families, and children, cultivating an environment committed to health and safety, understanding all essential functions within the school to support and inspire the team, managing school operations, and ensuring maximum enrollment and effective cost control. Primrose believes in the importance of who children are as well as who they become, and this role is for individuals passionate about providing high-quality education and care.
