About The Position

Requirements

Associate degree, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
2 years' experience in a licensed Early Childhood setting.
Working knowledge of state specific licensing requirements, National Accreditation guidelines, and early childhood development teaching and assessment strategies.
Willingness to learn and grow as a leader.
Passion for working with young children.
Ability to satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations.
Documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

1 year of managerial experience in a licensed Early Childhood setting.
