About The Position

CPDLF is seeking a School Counselor to contribute to a comprehensive school counseling program focused on equity, access, and belonging for all learners. The PA certified School Counselor will work with the CPDLF team to support learners in academics, career planning, and social-emotional development. This role can be either part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate. CPDLF is a 24/7 asynchronous K-12 PA cyber school serving learners and families throughout Pennsylvania. Learners have continuous access to their learning platforms and are encouraged to take ownership of their education. The organization values personal connections with learners and their families, aiming to connect, engage, and empower learners both virtually and in person. CPDLF is committed to individualizing learning for everyone and believes each person deserves the best opportunities to learn and grow.

Requirements

• Appropriate PA certification for School Counseling.
• Experience working with families in high at-risk situations.
• All paperwork, clearances, and other new hire tasks completed immediately upon hiring.
• Acceptable PA State Police, Child Abuse, FBI Clearances, and Act 168 forms.
• PA Standard Teaching Application and copy of certification.
