About The Position
School Coaches create a safe, predictable school environment where students can learn, grow, and stay regulated throughout the day. They support teachers, supervise student movement, and provide a steady, positive presence for students. The role includes school-day hours and may occasionally involve home shifts depending on need and the school calendar.

Responsibilities
- Actively supervise hallways, classrooms, the library, and shared spaces.
- Reinforce expectations using the Teaching-Family Model.
- Support teachers with real-time behavioral interventions.
- Escort students to therapy, the gym, and classes consistently.
- Keep transitions smooth and structured.
- Build healthy, trusting relationships with students.
- Document incidents clearly and professionally.
- Monitor student locations and survey completion in Blue Step.
- Attend trainings and collaborate with school and campus teams.
