About The Position

Local Motion, LLC is seeking a full-time School Bus Driver to service routes in the North Shore, South Shore, Metro West, & Central MA areas. We offer paid training for those without a CDL and provide a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible CDL drivers. The role involves safely transporting students to and from school and events, performing vehicle inspections, and maintaining a clean and safe vehicle. We are a safety-first organization committed to making a real impact in the local community.

Requirements

• CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain — we train!)
• Valid DOT medical card—or able to obtain one
• Safe driving record
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening
• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and events
• Drive assigned local routes
• Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies
• Service a route at any location within driving distance of home location.
