About The Position

Harlow's School Bus Service of Missoula is hiring part-time School Bus Drivers. Our mission is to transport each and every student safely, every day, with no exceptions. We are looking for dedicated, safe, and professional individuals. This is a great part-time position that fits with your schedule, with no nights or weekends required. It's an opportunity to earn extra income and help our community's future. Our drivers find this work rewarding and enjoy interacting with Hellgate students.

Requirements

Valid Driver's License
Endorsements: Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) - No air brake restrictions
Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen
Ability to pass DOT medical examination
Valid and/or eligible to hold a CDL Driver's License to operate a school bus as required by State Law with passenger “P”, school bus “S” endorsement with no airbrake restriction and a good driving record.
Drivers must comply with part 391 of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and obtain/ sustain US DOT Medical Examiners Certificate.

Ability to Relocate: Missoula, MT 59808: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Drive bus on assigned routes as scheduled and/or other trips as able.
Attend safety meetings.
Learn routes for subbing as necessary.
Safely transport students to and from school and related events.
Be responsible for passengers’ safety, welfare, discipline, and protection.
Adhere to all federal, state, local, and school district regulations, including random drug/alcohol testing.
