About The Position

Voyago is hiring Bus Drivers for the Simcoe (Norfolk County) Student Transportation Service. This posting is for an existing vacant position with Voyago's Simcoe (Norfolk County) Student Transportation Service. We are actively hiring to fill this current position. Requirements

  • Safety focused.
  • Hold a valid minimum full G class driver's license (Preference will be given to B class drivers).
  • 21 years of age or over.
  • A safe driver with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to obtain a clean criminal record search and/or vulnerable sector screening.
  • Sound knowledge of Waterloo Region and surrounding areas.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Available for the required shifts: Monday - Friday between 6am - 9:30am and 1pm - 4:30pm.
  • Possess solid communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • B class drivers license.

Responsibilities

  • Safely transporting students to and from school.
  • Ensuring students' safety while boarding and exiting buses.
  • Performing pre/post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure optimal vehicle safety.
  • Helping fuel and maintain the cleanliness of the bus.
