About The Position

Under the supervision of the School Therapy Manager, the School Behavioral Health (BH) Coordinator works as both part of the clinical team and as part of the school team to coordinate the provision of services by the telehealth provider. This position facilitates screening assessments, referral management, family contact, and telehealth equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or social welfare program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education, or related degree.
• One year post graduate professional social work experience preferred.
• MSW licensure by the South Carolina Board of Social Work Examiners.
• Requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Demonstrates ability to collaborate in a positive, professional manner with medical professionals.
• Requires ability to work in a thorough but efficient manner.
• This position will be posted in schools in the Charleston tri-county area.

Nice To Haves
