About The Position

We’re hiring a School Based Therapist in Floyd, Virginia who wants predictable hours, meaningful community impact, and the support of an integrated care team. You’ll step into an outpatient, school-based role focused on counseling students and supporting staff. You’ll provide primarily in-person therapy with occasional telehealth services while collaborating closely with medical and pharmacy teams.

Requirements

• Virginia-licensed LCSW or LPC
• Enjoy working with students and adolescents
• Comfortable practicing independently in a school setting
• Value integrated, team-based behavioral healthcare
• Organized, adaptable, and collaborative

Nice To Haves

• Integrated care experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Counseling students
