About The Position

Join our team of School-Based Therapists and help students build resilience, overcome challenges, and succeed both academically and emotionally. At Centerstone / Burrell Behavioral Health, you’ll work directly within public schools, providing accessible mental health support where students need it most. Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
Licensed or provisionally licensed in Missouri (or working toward licensure) as: PLPC, LMSW, PLMFT, LPC, LCSW, LMFT
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Passion for working with children, families, and schools

Nice To Haves

Experience providing individual, group, or family therapy
Experience in school-based or community mental health settings

Responsibilities

Provide individual, group, and family therapy to students in a school setting
Support students’ emotional and behavioral health to improve academic success
Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Respond to crisis situations and provide immediate support when needed
Collaborate with school staff, families, and community resources
Participate in case staffing and treatment planning
Serve as a liaison to ensure coordinated care for students and families
