About The Position

We’re hiring a School-Based Therapist (LPC or LCSW) who wants meaningful work with adolescents, a manageable caseload, and a predictable schedule that supports life outside of work. You’ll step into a school-based clinical role providing behavioral health services to middle and high school students. You’ll have full clinical support while building meaningful relationships with students and making a direct impact on behavioral health in your community.

Requirements

• Clear and active Virginia LPC or LCSW license.
• Enjoy working with middle and high school students.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to behavioral healthcare.
• Value meaningful relationships with students and families.
• Appreciate a predictable schedule and collaborative environment.
