About The Position

We’re hiring a Licensed Therapist (LCSW or LPC) for a meaningful outpatient role in Brownville, Maine. This position offers strong organizational support and the stability of a progressive Federally Qualified Health Center. You will focus on providing 1:1 psychotherapy to patients of all ages, working collaboratively with Primary Care Providers to manage dual diagnosis disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, crisis situations, and other mental health conditions. You will have full support staff and clinical leadership guidance. The role is based in a scenic rural community offering outdoor recreation, small-town charm, and a peaceful lifestyle, while being part of a financially stable and mission-driven healthcare organization.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Mental Health.
Licensed as an LCSW or LPC in Maine.
Enjoy working with patients across the lifespan.
Value integrated care and collaboration with primary care providers.

Nice To Haves

At least 2 years of healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 psychotherapy to patients of all ages.
Work collaboratively with Primary Care Providers to recognize, treat, and manage dual diagnosis disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, crisis situations, and other mental health conditions.
Practice in an outpatient setting with full support staff and clinical leadership guidance.
