About The Position

At Christian Family Solutions, we are committed to healing and helping people in need with the same excellence and unconditional love that Jesus Christ demonstrated in His ministry. It is our goal to help clients feel welcomed, safe, and supported within our family of care. This part-time School-Based Therapist role provides services at Neenah Lutheran School in Neenah, WI (two days per week), First German Lutheran School in Manitowoc, WI (one day per week), and St. Marks’ Lutheran School in Green Bay, WI (one day per week) through our School Partnership Program. Our school partnership program is a customized and comprehensive way for schools to assist in meeting the emotional or psychological needs of their students by providing them with convenient, affordable services. In this school-based therapist role, you will not only provide clinical therapy, but also work collaboratively with school staff and parents to support student’s academic, social, emotional and/or behavioral support by creating and assisting with school-based intervention plans. We provide excellent and compassionate care to all clients, regardless of socioeconomic background or faith affiliation. You will receive guidance, support, and training on evidence-based care along with Christian integration techniques so that you can appropriately align the counseling experience with the principles of the Christian faith. You will work in a unique environment where both your professional skills and your faith can grow. Joining our team means more than just a career – it’s a vocation driven by a profound sense of purpose. We prioritize the professional development of our staff, providing ample opportunities for both professional and spiritual growth. Training opportunities are built into our benefits package. Employees regularly tell us that their reasons for working at CFS extend far beyond compensation and benefits. It’s about a calling to serve others in their time of great need.
