Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Reliable, compassionate, patient, and team-oriented individuals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to complete required background clearances (support provided)
• Current clearances: Fingerprinting through DOE, PA Criminal, and Child Abuse, as well as a TB test.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working with children or in a support role preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or classroom-based student support
• Assist students with classroom activities, routines, and transitions
• Encourage positive behavior and student engagement
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student success
• Help maintain a structured and supportive learning environment
• Support implementation of educational and behavioral strategies
• Promote student independence, participation, and confidence
