About The Position
Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to help elementary students build the functional skills they need to succeed during the 2026–2027 school year in Buckeye, AZ. This role involves working across multiple school sites within the district to make a meaningful impact.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapist License
- Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of students’ fine motor, visual-motor, and sensory processing abilities to determine eligibility and develop individualized goals.
- Provide therapeutic interventions across various elementary school sites, adapting strategies to support diverse student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to implement classroom accommodations and participate in IEP meetings.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and adjust treatment plans to support maximum independence.
