About The Position

Enablr Therapy is seeking a part-time (12-29 hours/week) Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide teletherapy services to students in a virtual school setting for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a W-2 remote position offering the convenience of working from home with a flexible schedule. The role requires a minimum of 12 hours per week during school hours, utilizing Enablr's HIPAA-compliant platform. We are looking for compassionate, independent clinicians with school-based experience who are eager to work in a virtual environment.

Requirements

• Active TN Occupational Therapy License.
• Minimum of one year of school-based experience.
• Private, secure workspace with a reliable computer and high-speed internet.
• Completion of an FBI Background check.

Nice To Haves

• Teletherapy experience is preferred.
• Experience in school settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based Occupational therapy services to students virtually.
• Utilize Enablr's HIPAA-compliant platform for teletherapy sessions.
• Manage caseload and documentation efficiently through the provided platform.
