About The Position

Join Cross Country Education as an Occupational Therapist in Sebring, FL, to help students reach their full potential by providing meaningful support that builds the skills they need to succeed during the school year. This role involves conducting specialized evaluations to determine students’ functional abilities and identify barriers to learning in fine motor, sensory processing, and self-care domains. You will develop and implement goal-oriented occupational therapy interventions aligned with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), provide direct student support, and collaborate with educators on environmental modifications and adaptive equipment recommendations. Additionally, you will maintain detailed records and monitor student data to ensure interventions are effective and aligned with educational objectives.

Requirements

Master's degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
Active Florida Occupational Therapy License

Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
