About The Position

Cross Country Education is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to support students in developing the necessary skills to succeed in the classroom and beyond during the 2026–2027 school year in Surprise, AZ. This role involves conducting evaluations, providing direct therapy services in accordance with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and developing, implementing, and monitoring therapy interventions. The therapist will document progress, maintain compliance with regulations, assess student needs, and recommend adaptive equipment and modifications to enhance independence and academic success. Collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams is essential to support student participation, functional performance, and educational goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
Active Arizona Occupational Therapist License
Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities
