About The Position

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist for the 2026/2027 School Year in Fontana, CA. This role involves completing OT assessments and reports, providing OT therapy as needed (though COTAs will handle the majority of therapy sessions), entering IEP information into the system, attending IEP meetings, supervising COTAs, collaborating with SPED team members and teachers, and completing quarterly progress reports if required.

Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited school or program
• California Current Board of Occupational Therapy license
• Current Registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
• Ability to travel between school sites
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Complete OT Assessments and reports
• Complete OT Therapy as needed
• Enter IEP information (present levels, goals, service amount) into the IEP document system
• Attend IEP meetings
• Supervise COTA
• Collaborate with SPED Team members and teachers
• Complete Quarterly Progress Reports if Required
