About The Position

As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will have the chance to work with many children from birth to age twenty-one. Our teammates are dedicated to the treatment of our young patients, providing individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care to meet your child's needs. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life. Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
  • Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapist within the respective state.
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care to meet a child's needs.
  • Encourage parents and caregivers to attend sessions to carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time.
  • Deliver best-in-class care and witness exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Provide patients with access to world-class care and outcomes for those in need of physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services.
