About The Position

Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist in Surprise, AZ to help students build confidence, independence, and the skills they need to thrive in the classroom and beyond. This role provides comprehensive occupational therapy services, supporting students in their educational environment and helping promote participation and independence. The therapist will develop and implement individualized therapeutic interventions based on students’ functional, sensory, and educational needs. Collaboration with teachers, school staff, families, and related service providers is key to supporting student progress and ensuring appropriate accommodations and strategies. Maintaining appropriate documentation, evaluations, progress monitoring, and communication related to student services is also a core function of this position.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
Active Arizona Occupational Therapist License
Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
Valid Driver’s License
Strong school-based occupational therapy experience is required
