About The Position

We are seeking a licensed or license-eligible School Based Mental Health Clinician to provide onsite behavioral healthcare services to youth. The clinician will assist scholars and their caregivers with concerns related to depression, anxiety, stress, environmental conditions, behavioral regulation, emotional management, and relationships. The role is suited to an experienced clinician passionate about providing high-quality care and mental health solutions.

Requirements

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a similar field (required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized.

Nice To Haves

• Current and unrestricted clinical behavioral healthcare therapy license.
• Previous experience or training as a mental health therapist.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake assessments.
• Provide mental health therapy for youth and their families.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff on behalf of the youth served.
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client.
