About The Position

Syntero is seeking a licensed clinical professional to provide school- and community-based mental health and substance use services in Delaware County, Ohio. The clinician facilitates evidence-based interventions for individuals, families, and groups; responds to students in crisis; designs and delivers prevention programs; and collaborates with school staff to support a safe, welcoming, integrated environment for student success. The role is in person and requires the ability to commute to Delaware County, Ohio, or relocate there before starting. Syntero offers clinical supervision and mentorship, free continuing education opportunities, and specialized training in evidence-based prevention frameworks. Clinicians are encouraged to develop programs tailored to their schools’ needs and join a diverse, multidisciplinary team grounded in empowerment, inclusivity, integrity, and innovation.

Requirements

Licensed clinical professional.
Ability to commute to Delaware County, Ohio; relocation to Delaware County before starting is required if needed.

Responsibilities

Facilitate evidence-based mental health and substance use interventions for individuals, families, and groups in school and community settings.
Provide immediate support during critical student needs using clinical judgment and expertise.
Design and deliver prevention programs that build student resilience.
Provide technical training to school coalitions and community groups.
Serve as a collaborative consultant to school staff to support a safe, welcoming, and integrated environment for student success.
Develop programs tailored to the specific needs of the school.
