About The Position

Strengthen Your Clinical Skills While Making a Meaningful Impact. At Paving the Way MSI, you will do more than provide therapy—you will develop as a clinician while helping children, adolescents, and families navigate some of life's most challenging experiences. As a Full-Time Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) or Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC), you will be embedded within a school and become part of their community, providing prevention, early intervention, and therapeutic services year round that support student success both inside and outside the classroom. Many of the youth and families we serve have experienced trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, grief, family conflict, and other barriers that affect their well-being. Through this work, you will gain valuable experience working with diverse populations while receiving ongoing support, clinical supervision, and mentorship from experienced clinical leaders. Whether you are newly licensed or working toward independent licensure, this role provides the opportunity to build confidence, strengthen your clinical skills, and gain experience that will support your long-term professional growth.
