About The Position

Child & Adolescent Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time School-Based Clinical Therapist to meet the growing demand for mental and behavioral health care for children and adolescents in the community. This role involves providing emotional and behavioral health support to children, youth, and families, working collaboratively with a network of mental health professionals, school staff, and community partners. The position is primarily school-based, aligning with the school day and calendar, and offers significantly reduced summer hours and a lower productivity/billable expectation. Requirements

Licensed in the State of Ohio to provide assessment and therapy via the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board, or the Ohio Board of Psychology
Must possess at least a master's degree(s) in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or the equivalent

Responsibilities

Conducting Individual and Family Therapy
Conducting Diagnostic/Comprehensive Assessments
Providing Mental Health Consultation & Prevention
Engaging a wide range of clients and parents, including those from diverse populations and those uncertain about the value of MH services
Working effectively with other professionals both within and outside the mental health profession
