About The Position

Woodfords Family Services is seeking a School-Based Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) in Vassalboro, ME. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) supporting children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role involves working Monday through Friday with no weekends, and offers a competitive benefits and compensation package. They offer a wide range of programs and are accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA).

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience (paid or volunteer) working with children.
  • BHP certification (course can be completed as part of employment and paid for by Woodfords).
  • Valid driver's license with current auto insurance and use of a reliable vehicle.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the special needs population preferred.
