About The Position

The William Penn School District, in partnership with the Devereux Center for Effective Schools, is seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support elementary and secondary Emotional Support (ES) programs. This 10-month position focuses on providing high-quality behavioral consultation, assessment, training, and program development grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) to improve outcomes for students with emotional and behavioral disorders. This role offers a 10-month school calendar with summers off, equivalent to 1,462.5 annual work hours, and operates during school day hours.

Requirements

• Masters Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work or related field required.
• Must have their BCBA certification
• Must have relevant behavioral experience.
• Applicants enrolled in a BCBA program and close to obtaining licensure are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom consultation on behavior supports and classroom management
• Conduct FBAs and develop positive behavior support plans
• Deliver staff and family training
• Support program development and data-based decision making
• Coach staff and ensure fidelity of behavior plans
• Provide supervision to ABA trainees (as eligible)
