About The Position
Build a brighter future for all children. Teaching is more than a job. As an After School Teacher, which we call an Explorer Teacher at Primrose School of Temple, you’ll help care for little ones aged 5 to 12 who are enrolled in our after school program. You’ll implement a fun and flexible curriculum with student-led projects that focus on leadership, character development and design thinking.
Requirements
- Must be 25 years of age or older.
- Must be able to drive a 14 passenger bus.
Nice To Haves
- No CDL required.
- Training provided.
Responsibilities
- Implement a fun and flexible curriculum with student-led projects that focus on leadership, character development and design thinking.
- Maintain a well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.
- Help children learn and explore in the areas that interest them, from technology to art and more.
- Discover what works best for each child as you teach them about the world around them.
- Build genuine relationships with each child.
