About The Position

The Wyoming County YMCA is seeking a Site Lead for their after-school program at the Letchworth Elementary School Site. This role involves supervising staff, planning and executing activities, fostering relationships with staff, students, parents, and OCFS licensors, and ensuring compliance with all OCFS regulations. The position requires availability from 1:45 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and the Site Lead will be counted in the staff-to-child ratio. The ideal candidate will possess supervisory experience, a passion for elementary-aged children, creativity, and a desire to positively impact participants' lives. Some educational experience with Pre-K aged children is considered a plus. The position starts at the beginning of September and concludes at the end of June, with potential for summer programming. Applicants must be 18 years or older.
