About The Position
The Wyoming County YMCA is seeking a Site Lead for their after-school program at the Letchworth Elementary School Site. This role involves supervising staff, planning and executing activities, fostering relationships with staff, students, parents, and OCFS licensors, and ensuring compliance with all OCFS regulations. The position requires availability from 1:45 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and the Site Lead will be counted in the staff-to-child ratio.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Supervisory experience
- Love for elementary aged children
- Creative
- Desire to make a difference in the lives of participants
- Several OCFS clearances required, including background checks, fingerprinting and OCFS trainings
Nice To Haves
- Some educational experience with PreK aged children is a plus
Responsibilities
