About The Position

Under the direction of the Weatherization Manager, the Scheduling Technician manages appointment scheduling related to weatherization services. The role involves coordinating appointments, responding to inquiries, and ensuring clients, in-house crews, and inspectors have the necessary information for upcoming appointments. The Scheduling Technician also provides administrative support by processing client files, tracking job progress, and helping ensure projects are completed successfully.
