About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is looking to expand its administrative team by filling a key role within the organization with a Second Shift Scheduling Specialist. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experiences within the custom division of Andersen Windows.

Requirements

Intermediate to advanced computer, typing, and phone skills for long periods of time (8 hours or more)
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Ability to learn quickly within a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
Previous scheduling and installation or home improvement experience
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent attention to detail with an ability to follow up
Sense of urgency in identifying quick resolution to issues presented
Flexibility and ability to adapt well in a changing and challenging environment

Responsibilities

Schedule order verification appointments with the customer and/or Design Consultants and assign a technician from their respective territory.
Utilize our custom Salesforce platform to find customer information and document customer notes.
Ensure the highest level of quality customer service, especially when dealing with upset customers.
Coordinate travel logistics around territories including Indiana, Ohio, and Tennessee.
Lead conversations with customers, design consultants, and order verification specialists.
