About The Position
Renewal by Andersen is seeking to expand its administrative team by filling a key role within the organization with a Second Shift Scheduling Specialist. This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience in the window and door replacement process.
Requirements
- Intermediate to advanced computer, typing, and phone skills for long periods of time (8 hours or more) (required)
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills (required)
- Ability to learn quickly within a fast-paced environment (required)
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills (required)
- Previous scheduling and installation or home improvement experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent attention to detail with an ability to follow up
- Sense of urgency in identifying quick resolution to issues presented
- Flexibility and ability to adapt well in a changing and challenging environment
Responsibilities
- Schedule order verification appointments with the customer and/or Design Consultants and assign a technician from their respective territory.
- Utilize our custom Salesforce platform to find customer information and document customer notes.
- Ensure the highest level of quality customer service, especially when dealing with upset customers.
- Coordinate travel logistics around territories including Indiana, Ohio, and Tennessee.
- Lead conversations with customers, design consultants, and order verification specialists.
