About The Position

The Scheduling Manager owns daily and mid-term production scheduling at a Carrier manufacturing facility, ensuring the right balance between demand and capacity to meet customer commitments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of production planning/scheduling experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Solid knowledge of MRP, ERP systems and capacity planning.
  • Proven ability to build and manage short- and mid-term schedules and balance line load.
  • Experience tracking adherence-to-plan, service and inventory KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills and cross-functional coordination.
  • APICS certification (CPIM) preferred.
  • Experience in high-growth or fast-paced manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

  • Builds and manages short- and mid-term production schedules.
  • Balances line load against available capacity.
  • Tracks adherence-to-plan and adjusts for deviations.
  • Coordinates with Materials on input availability.
  • Analyzes service, inventory and plan-adherence KPIs.
  • Schedules production to enable inventory optimization.
  • Supports the SIOP/S&OP process.
