About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager in our Harrisburg, PA Senior Living Office. As a Client Services Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating high-quality home health services while building meaningful relationships with clients, families, referral partners, and your team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
Demonstrated success in achieving goals and taking on increasing levels of responsibility
Ambition and desire to grow and advance within the organization
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Prior knowledge of or experience with Medicare and OASIS a plus
Previous medical office, healthcare, or home care experience preferred
Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and coordinate high-quality home health services
Manage client service coordination and address emergent scheduling and staffing needs
Oversee and proactively grow an assigned caseload through relationship-building and service excellence
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, referral sources, payors, and community organizations
Foster strong, collaborative relationships with office and field staff
Monitor key operational and financial metrics, including admissions and referral outcomes
Partner with Clinical Managers to provide support and supervision to field employees
Contribute to office growth, client satisfaction, and overall operational success
