About The Position

The Scheduling Manager is responsible for managing schedules using Dayforce Software, supporting the scheduling email account, contacting staff regarding schedule changes, answering Direct Support Professional questions, troubleshooting scheduling issues, and completing administrative tasks associated with program support. This is a full-time position with a salary of $50,000 annually, including company benefits. The typical schedule is Monday-Friday during daytime business hours (7 am-5 pm), with some evening hours required, particularly on Mondays. A rotating on-call schedule for weekdays and weekends is also part of the role.

Requirements

  • Experience working with computers, specifically Microsoft Office products

  • Successful clearance of Department of Human Services background check

Responsibilities
