About The Position

Care Manager – Pre-Opening Opportunity Caring Senior Service of Jupiter, Florida Part-Time to Start | Opportunity for Full-Time Growth Caring Senior Service of Jupiter is preparing to bring our award-winning in-home care services to the community, and we're looking for a compassionate, organized, and motivated Care Manager to join our founding team. This is a unique opportunity to help build a new home care agency from the ground up. Initially, the position will be part-time and focused on supporting the agency's start-up, caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and operational readiness. As our client base grows, this position is expected to transition into a full-time leadership role.

Requirements

Experience in home care, senior care, healthcare, staffing, or case management preferred.
Leadership, scheduling, recruiting, or caregiver management experience is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Valid Florida driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
Ability to pass all required background screenings.

Responsibilities

Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard compassionate caregivers.
Assist with caregiver orientation, training, and ongoing support.
Help establish staffing processes and operational procedures.
Coordinate caregiver schedules as client services begin.
Match caregivers with clients based on care needs, availability, and compatibility.
Support new client onboarding and assist with care coordination.
Build positive relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and community partners.
Conduct supervisory visits and quality assurance visits as appropriate.
Work closely with the owner and clinical team to help establish a successful office.
Participate in on-call responsibilities as the agency grows.
